I was certainly impressed by the amount of care and customer service that was provided by this hotel staff. My mother, my daughter and myself stayed here for an entire week and I don't have one thing negative to say at all. The bellman, the front desk staff, and the cleaning staff all were simply amazing. I love this place....YOU MUST STAY here!!!! The location is perfect if you want to be right in the middle of everything. It is only five blocks away from Central Park and about six blocks from the heart of times square. It couldn't be more perfect. Thank you to the staff of this hotel!!!!!!

I think the rooms are a little small but it is New York City where space is a commodity. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

My husband and I were so impressed by the facilities and friendly staff that we returned with our daughter for another week's stay. we also recommended the hotel to several friends, all of whom have enjoyed your great hospitality. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Spanish speaking staffers, immediately start speaking to us in our language, which made us feel right at home. Free speedy Internet in the room, awesome! The offering of coffee and tea all day long is also a wonderful amenity.

Even though the room was well cleaned, there were inconsistencies in the way the room was set up. Some days, it was impeccable and others not so much, but always clean.
